Through this approach, diagnostic exams and laboratory tests Dr. Tabares develops personalized wellness plans that include specific diet and lifestyle recommendations along with targeted nutrient supplementation, acupuncture, herbal or homeopathic prescriptions and/or bio-identical hormone replacement if appropriate. In this way, she can support the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual.
